One application for multiple projects! With sem.ISSUE-TRACKER, multiple projects can be managed centrally in the cloud simultaneously. All information, such as tasks, notes, documents, Wikis, errors and product features, are available from anywhere via one application. The navigation menu allows for fast and easy switching between projects, representing an enormous advantage for those who work simultaneously on different projects.

Every project in sem.ISSUE TRACKER has a comprehensive permissions structure, allowing users and groups to be authorized on functional levels. As a result of this flexibility, it is possible to grant access to project information to various people from various departments, but with controlled access.

The Dashboard is a central control instrument of sem.ISSUE TRACKER and is displayed directly after login. Four detailed graphics provide an overview of all projects, status and assigned tasks. At a glance, it is clear how many open tasks there are, how many tasks are due this month, how many open tasks with high priority exist and a percentual distribution among tasks, notes, errors, test cases and features.

The central administration console in sem.ISSUE TRACKER is the Tracking area, by means of which all tasks, errors, features and test cases can be managed. Data can be easily restricted on the project level with a click via the project navigation menu. In addition to this project filtering, it is also possible to display all data from all projects in one view, allowing a user to display all tasks from all projects, for example. This represents an enormous advantage in the case of multiple projects and increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the user. With additional filtering functions it is possible to filter the data by priority, user, label, status, type or project. A status display in the lower section of the tracking area supplies a continuously aggregated overview of the number of tasks, notes, errors, Wikis and features.

Note management

Easily manage project notes! With the Notes Management modu-le, all participants of a project can easily and centrally create and manage notes. Particularly in the case of larger teams, it is important that a seamless exchange of information take place, such as in the case of development problems, instructions, errors or updates that must be observed. This information is saved based on the project and is available centrally to all participants from anywhere.

Manage your documents via the document management system in sem.ISSUE TRACKER. Every project comes with a multitude of documents which must be provided to all participants, such as status reports, project schedules, specifications or images. With the integrated document management, project-based documents can be easily and centrally provided to all workers. The documents function is completely integrated into all areas of sem.ISSUE TRACKER, whereby files can be easily attached to tasks, error reports, Wiki files or comments.


In order to retain an overview even of large projects, the "Reports" module is available in sem.ISSUE TRACKER. This makes simple to complex reports on errors, tasks, test cases and features possible in only a few steps. Using filter criteria such as user, type, priority, status, date and project, a report can be quickly created or modified on demand. Every report can either be exported as a CSV file or printed out directly.
